I joined ECI’s Investment Team in 2018, following five years in corporate finance at PwC.
In my role I get to work with high-growth, market leading businesses throughout their investment journey from pre-deal all the way through to exit. The best bit about this is the people you get to meet and the relationships you get to build with teams over the years. Success is ultimately based on the people. I have been lucky to be involved in investments across a range of sectors since joining, including Mobysoft, 4ways, Travel Chapter and Mthree.
I have also been involved in ECI’s ESG Committee since its inception and am proud to be helping drive the ESG agenda internally and within portfolio companies particularly around Inclusion & Diversity.
I have an undergrad degree in Land Economy, which people tend to wrongly assume means I know a lot about agriculture, and a masters degree in Management from the University of Cambridge. I am also a CFA charterholder.
“An easy one to answer – tennis! Having started playing at the age of 5 I still play regularly now. Tennis has given me had some incredibly memorable experiences and lifelong friends. I am still working on persuading my ECI colleagues to take me on though!”
“The people and culture…it’s the environment that can be so key to your enjoyment. Our values really do reflect the people here – I love the strong team ethic across the firm and that I get to work with passionate and ambitious people who also want to have fun along the way.”
“Think it was closer to 15 seconds of fame, but I did an exhibition game with Tim Henman which appeared in the local papers. One of the other players I played with that day has since gone on to be a grand slam champion in doubles!”
