I’m a Partner in the Investment Team and member of the Investment Committee. I really enjoy leading investments into and working at board level with high-growth tech-enabled businesses across a number of subsectors; in particular, health tech and travel. Currently, I’m on the board of Avantia and TAG, but have also been involved in our successful investments in 4ways, Travel Chapter, CarTrawler, Encore Tickets, Great Rail Journeys, Reed & Mackay and Citation.

Prior to joining ECI in 2008, I did an MBA at INSEAD and worked in corporate finance at Rothschild.

01 WHAT IS YOUR FAVOURITE BOOK?

“Having studied modern languages at university, I should probably go for a more exotic international author, but more recently a book I really enjoyed was Ben MacIntyre’s Rogue Heroes, engagingly written and reminds me of a grandfather’s exploits in the desert“

02 DO YOU HAVE ANY SECRET SKILLS?

“I’m not bad at juggling, including a few tricks.”

03 ARE THERE ANY CAUSES YOU SUPPORT OUTSIDE OF WORK?

“Due to someone I’m close to having had epilepsy for most of their lives, I’m passionate about fundraising for The Brain Research Trust and Epilepsy Research UK, mainly through running mountain ultra-marathons. My last outing being to race in the 115km UTMB CCC 24hr race around Mont Blanc.”
