I have worked with ECI on several People initiatives over recent years, including supporting on the development of their People & Culture toolkit and working with portfolio companies on initiatives to help them develop a compelling employee proposition. In my role as independent Growth Specialist, I support ECI’s management teams across a range of people-related initiatives such as the development of people strategies, recruitment and retention, and Diversity and Inclusion.

I am an experienced Board Level HR Director, with previous roles including Director of People Experience at Three, Director of HR at Marks and Spencer, and as Chief People Officer at Tusker.
