ECI welcomes Lesley Davies as independent Growth Specialist focused on People and Culture

We’re delighted to announce that we have expanded the capabilities of our Commercial Team with a new independent Growth Specialist, focusing on People and Culture.

Lesley Davies is an experienced Board Level HR Director, with previous roles at Marks & Spencer UK, Three, and Tusker. Lesley has been working on projects across ECI and its portfolio for several years. This has included leading the development of ECI’s People and Culture Toolkit, which we use to help businesses build a more engaged and happier workforce.

ECI’s Growth Specialists are a panel of independent experts, available as needed to support portfolio management teams on projects that will drive value within key focus areas. Lesley will continue to support ECI’s management teams across a range of people-related initiatives such as the development of people strategies, recruitment and retention, and Diversity and Inclusion. As part of the newly created panel of Growth Specialists, Lesley’s experience will further strengthen the support that ECI can offer its management teams.
