I joined ECI over a decade ago to set up and establish our Commercial Team, built to offer hands-on support to management teams, and unlock growth opportunities for the companies we back. Having started out in the chemicals industry and then strategy consulting, I was keen to put my advice to the test, to find and back great businesses. I waited 18 months before my first deal, backing Christian at XLN, and each company I’ve backed has been a pleasure to work with. There is nothing like competing to win the opportunity and then working with the team towards a successful outcome. I’m also proud of the Commercial Team we have created at ECI and our operating model which has been proven to work, time and time again!
