CPOMS

CPOMS is a leading provider of SaaS safeguarding, pastoral and wellbeing solutions to UK and international schools. We supported the business by developing an AI lead-scoring model to prioritise which schools to target with their outbound sales efforts.

  • In order to accelerate penetration of their software into UK schools, CPOMS introduced an outbound sales function for the first time and asked for support in identifying which schools to target first
  • ECI built a machine learning model that assessed the relative importance of different characteristics for predicting the likelihood of a school becoming a customer, based on the attributes of CPOMS existing customer base
  • The model utilised both proprietary and publicly available data on UK schools, and compared several machine learning models to improve accuracy
  • Every non-customer school in the UK was then ranked from most to least likely to convert into a customer. Interactive dashboards were developed and deployed to the newly formed outbound sales team, which became an important part of their go to market strategy
