Origination Manager
As part of the Origination Team at ECI, I spend my time identifying, evaluating and meeting interesting, high-quality businesses. I engage early with founders and management teams, helping them to understand how a partnership with ECI can support their growth ambitions.
I joined ECI after five years in mid-market private equity. Prior to this, I spent six years in institutional equities at Barclays and began my early career at McKinsey & Company. I read Economics at the University of Birmingham and Ludwig-Maximilian University of Munich. Outside of work, I play hockey for Richmond Hockey Club. Founded in 1874, the club’s pedigree comfortably exceeds my current form!
My first job came about unusually early – my mother was an air hostess, babysitting had limits, and I was put to work handing out papers and pillows at 30,000 feet.
