In partnership with ECI and our Origination and Commercial teams, Croud is set to expand the business through further acquisitions and organic growth.

People & culture:

  • We are supporting Croud in augmenting its senior team, introducing Steve King as Chair, who founded Zenith in the UK and the US and served on the board of Publicis Groupe for more than 20 years. 
  • Croud also appointed Valerie Davis as US CEO, doubling down on its US growth ambitions. 

Tech & data:

  • Since investment, the business has launched agentic AI Croudies, autonomous AI agents that automate repeatable, data-heavy tasks at scale. This is an evolution of the business’s Croudie network, freeing up the global network of 2,900+ on-demand digital experts to focus on strategy, creativity and high-impact work.
