I have been a member of ECI’s Investment Team since 2008, working with management teams from our initial investment all the way through to when we sell our stake. That means I get to meet great founders and management teams and support them to successfully deliver their vision. I’ve been lucky enough to work with fantastic teams including at Wireless Logic, CSL, Arkessa, Avantia, Clear, Tusker and rhubarb.
Before private equity, I gained a masters in Engineering at Nottingham then started at PwC where I worked with underperforming businesses to try to help get them back on track.
“I think my favourite moment at ECI to date was hearing how the CEO of a business we’d recently sold described the reaction of some of the smaller equity holders when they were individually sat down and told they were about to receive life changing amounts of money. Success is so much better when it’s shared!”

“I’ve had some amazing meals abroad (4 courses of snake in Vietnam…) and at home, with the highlight having to be the first time I ate at rhubarb’s Sky Garden in the Walkie Talkie building. Amazing views, food and service. The paired wine probably helped too!”
