CSL was founded in 1999, as an alarm signalling company, but over the past 25 years, they have transitioned to become a European focussed, critical Internet of Things connectivity company.

To discuss their journey we chatted to CEO, Ed Heale, about why our in-depth knowledge and expertise in the sector, our understanding of their business, and the early engagement of the whole team were big factors in their decision to choose ECI as their private equity partner.
