CSL announces the acquisition of Caburn Telecom

CSL, the leading European provider of critical IoT connectivity, is pleased to announce its strategic acquisition of Caburn Telecom, a global provider of secure IoT connectivity, SIM management and software. The acquisition will add further IoT expertise and scale to CSL’s market-leading propositions and solutions serving a wide range of sectors internationally.

Founded in 2011, Caburn is a team of experienced global IoT professionals, committed to delivering IoT connectivity solutions with the highest levels of service to customers for whom flexible and resilient IoT connectivity and control are essential. Caburn has over 1 million live IoT connections across a variety of sectors, with customers in the UK, Europe, USA, and Asia. Caburn’s excellent proprietary platform allows customers to easily manage and monitor their entire SIM base. Caburn is highly complementary to CSL’s IoT growth and further broadens the value CSL can offer in critical IoT connectivity applications.
