ECI is delighted to announce our investment in KB Associates, the leading professional services firm advising investment funds and asset managers. Our minority investment will support the next stage of KB Associate’s growth, grow its international presence, and will facilitate continued enhancement of its service offering.
KB Associates specialises in the provision of management company, governance and compliance services, to investment funds and asset managers. The firm was founded in 2003 and has headquarters in Dublin, as well as a presence in London, New York and the Cayman Islands. KBA’s 60 consultants work with over 230 asset management firms and support investment funds in excess of €225bn. Clients include the world’s leading asset management firms.
KBA’s specialist professional services model has resulted in significant growth in recent years as asset management firms have responded to the increasingly complex regulatory environment by appointing KBA to provide expert advice.
This investment will allow KB Associates to continue to attract and develop the best talent in the industry while simultaneously continuing to expand its product offering.
