ECI has invested in Reed & Mackay, the leading provider of strategic business travel management services. The investment will be used to continue to grow the high quality and value added services Reed & Mackay delivers to its clients.

Reed & Mackay was established in 1962 as a travel agent providing both business and leisure travel services. In 1988 it re-branded as a corporate travel management company specialising in providing high quality services. ISIS invested in 2006 via its Baronsmead VCTs. ECI’s investment enables the Baronsmead VCTs to exit in full and sees ISIS investing alongside ECI through the ISIS IV LP, thereby maintaining an investment and involvement in this high quality company.

“We are delighted to be investing alongside ISIS in Reed & Mackay. We were attracted to the business due to its niche positioning and exceptional service delivery to its clients. I am looking forward to helping Andy and all the team at Reed & Mackay continue to develop the business.”

ECI Partners

“We are very excited to be taking Fourth to another level with the right partner – ECI – who are a perfect fit for us because they have more of a partnership approach . They seem to identify businesses they can nurture and support rather than just investing and letting you get on with it. We have a fantastic team, a unique opportunity and are thoroughly looking forward to the future.”

Ben Hood

Managing Director of Fourth

“Reed & Mackay has carved a niche in the high value business travel services sector and this latest investment from ECI and ISIS positions the company for further growth of its products and services in its existing and adjacent markets.”
