I sit in the finance team at ECI and work with management teams to help monitor our portfolio. I also handle tax matters across the ECI Group, Funds and portfolio companies with the support of our tax advisers. My role occasionally pivots towards our fundraising efforts and I have worked with our investor relations team on both the ECI 10 and ECI 11 fundraises.
Prior to joining ECI in 2012, I interned at US FOF manager Hamilton Lane and at a UK private equity placement agent. I hold a degree in Government and Economics from the London School of Economics and am nearing completion of my training to become a Chartered Accountant (ICAEW) and Chartered Tax Adviser (CIOT).
“I volunteered as a Police Officer with the Metropolitan Police during university. I was sometimes based out of Charing Cross Police Station – a stone’s throw away from the ECI offices – so am frequently reminded of my (mostly positive) experiences!”
“I have played the saxophone since it was almost the size of me.”
“No international A-Lister fame, but I once played Jeremy Potts in a local Chitty Chitty Bang Bang panto. From then onwards, I was typecast as the clueless village policeman…”
