We’re delighted to announce that we have expanded our investment team, welcoming new Investment Manager, Sarthak Sawlani, and also appointing Sarah Zarywacz within the Marketing Team.

Prior to joining ECI, Sarthak worked at Oakley Advisory as an Assistant Director, advising a range of private equity firms and corporate clients on M&A in the TMT sector. Prior to this, Sarthak was a Senior Associate at PwC in their TMT corporate finance team. Sarthak’s experience in working with high growth, technology enabled businesses makes him an excellent addition to the team, where he will play a key role in future transactions and helping to support ECI’s high-growth portfolio.

Sarah Zarywacz has also been appointed as Events Executive to lead on ECI’s events programme for the investment community and portfolio, connecting management teams to create a network for sharing best practice and promoting collaboration. Sarah joins from Oliver Wyman where she delivered events and communications across a variety of practices and markets.

Tom Wrenn, Managing Partner at ECI, said: “We are delighted to welcome Sarthak to ECI and further strengthen our investment capabilities with his knowledge and expertise. We are also excited to welcome Sarah to the business, especially as in-person events return, and we can look forward to once again seeing our network and portfolio face-to-face. Today’s appointments add to the strength and depth of the ECI team which has grown 20% in the last three years and will further enhance our ability to help management teams do more and ultimately deliver strong growth.”
