Portfolio M&A: Clear Group and Investis Digital announce new acquisitions

In a busy few weeks for portfolio M&A, both Clear Group and Investis Digital have announced new acquisitions. 

Clear Group announced its acquisition of Brokerbility Holdings Ltd, its largest acquisition to date. The deal sees Clear Group acquire Brokerbility Holdings, the parent company of the Brokerbility network, BHIB Insurance Brokers Ltd and Churchill Insurance Consultants Ltd. 

This represents the 27th broker acquisition made by Clear Group, and its third acquisition since ECI invested in 2018.

Last week Investis Digital announced it was further strengthening its digital expertise through the acquisition of Microserve, a Bristol based Drupal development company specialising in cutting-edge website design-and-build projects, UX, strategy and website support and maintenance. This is also Investis’ third bolt-on acquisition since ECI invested and Microserve further bolsters Investis Digital’s ability to deliver on the company’s proprietary Connected Content™ approach.
