ECI is delighted to announce it has acquired a majority stake in Imagesound Group, a leading supplier of audio and screen media operating through its Imagesound and Musicstyling divisions. 

Imagesound provides corporate messaging and brand support through music and video subscription to various sectors including retailers, health clubs, and pubs and restaurants. Musicstyling provides bespoke consultation and customised music subscription services to luxury hotel groups in 124 countries. Both Imagesound and Musicstyling have an excellent roster of high quality customers providing a full service proposition including consultation, installation, music profiling, and servicing of equipment. Led by CEO Will Truman, Imagesound is headquartered in Chesterfield, Derbyshire and has sales offices in Los Angeles and Hong Kong.

ECI Partners has a strong track record in the Consumer and TMT sectors, with previous and existing investments including car rental aggregator CarTrawler,, online home insurance provider Avantia, and Encore, the leading multi-channel ticket distribution platform.
