ECI Growth Survey 2018

ECI Partners’ annual Growth Survey, is the only survey in the UK focused solely on growth companies – the very companies that power the UK’s economic growth. Now in its ninth year, this year’s report is focused around the theme of productivity and reveals that growth companies are bucking the UK trend and driving productivity, with those surveyed reporting a 13.5% growth in productivity over the last year.

Philip Shaw, Chief Economist at Investec plc who wrote this year’s foreword, said:

The Government has identified boosting productivity as a key priority for the UK economy: ECI’s Growth Survey shows us just how growth companies are delivering on this front where Britain’s wider corporate landscape is struggling. It’s time to sit up, take notice and learn how they are delivering such stellar results. This isn’t rocket science: investment in technology and skills are key to solving Britain’s productivity puzzle.”
