ECI Growth Survey 2017

ECI Partners’ annual Growth Survey, is the only survey in the UK focused solely on growth companies – the very companies that power the UK’s economic growth. We have found these companies to be remarkably resilient and optimistic in the face of significant levels of uncertainty. Understanding what underpins this dynamism and drive is equally important, so this year we have paid special attention to company culture.

Now in its 8th year, the 2017 Growth Survey reveals that business confidence is at a record high amongst the UK’s growth companies. 85% believe that a strong company culture is vital to success, and a record number of firms are predicting revenue growth of 20% or more over the next 12 months.
