Following an initial secondment to ECI in 2007, Caroline Dent joined in 2009 and is an investment executive based in London. She is a member of the commercial team which assists in assessing investment opportunities and supporting value creation in the portfolio. Prior to joining ECI, Caroline was an Associate Director with KPMG’s transaction services group in both London and most recently Sydney, where she focused on commercial due diligence. Caroline’s background is in strategy consulting, having worked with Mercer Management Consulting (now Oliver Wyman) for five years. She holds a masters degree in manufacturing engineering from Cambridge University.
