CliniSys 2013 Secondary TMT, Healthcare

CliniSys is the European market leading provider of software solutions to clinical laboratories across Europe. This investment was sold in July 2013 in a secondary transaction with a return of 2.5x initial cost.

Harmoni 2012 Trade Healthcare

Harmoni is a leading provider of outsourced healthcare services including GP Out of Hours, 111 call centres, prisoner healthcare and IT services, providing services to more than eight million people in the UK. The business was sold to Care UK in November 2012 for circa £50 million.

WCI 2011 Trade Healthcare

WCI Consulting was sold in January 2011 to Take Solutions (an Indian listed IT services business).
