Laterooms won UK and Ireland deal of the year at the European Private Equity Awards in November 2007. David Ewing who picked up the award thanked the management team for all their hard work during ECI's investment. Laterooms was sold to First Choice in December 2007 for £120m. Chris Morris, who was recently appointed MD of Laterooms, came to the awards in Barcelona. The business continues to grow rapidly within First Choice, and we wish the team the best for the future.
